>>Update 02/29/2012

Pre-registration for the Merit Badge Fair is closed, and the team is working hard on making final preparations for the event.

There are still some openings in some merit badge sessions, as shown in the table (on the online registration system), which will be available on a first-come, first served basis on the day of the event, starting when registration opens at 7:30am.  Unit leaders can purchase tickets for these openings for $10 am/pm or $15 for all day classes.

Although we cannot offer refunds, unit leaders are encouraged to turn in unused tickets to make them available for other Scouts. Units must pay the ENTIRE registration fee BEFORE they will get their Troop packet.  Some Troops registered Scouts, paid the fee, then registered a few more Scout later in the process.  Check with the council office to ensure that your unit is paid up, or bring a check to the event.  Your packet will not be handed out until full payment is made.

Lunch tickets (2 pieces of pizza and a pop or water) will be available for $6 at the concession stand starting at 7:30 until 11:30.
