To protect our youth and
staff, Gamehaven Council has created the following guidelines for use at all Council and
District sponsored activities. Units are encouraged to adopt these same guidelines.
File this permit before
taking youth on trips 500 miles or more from home, or to Canada or other foreign
countries. By properly filing this form, you are covered by the Boy Scout insurance
policy. You may wish to use the National Tour Permit

details of any serious injury, illness, or death. See the What

File this at least two
weeks before official Boy Scouts flying activities (except for scheduled flights on
commercial aircraft). Each youth must also have a signed consent form, below.
