Cub Scout Summer
Day Camp
There is the option coming just for the day or for overnight camping for those that want to experience an evening under the stars at Gamehaven Scout Reservation.

Day camp ONLY:

$25/Scout, $20/sibling, $15/parent

Activities:

Swimming

Archery / BB Guns

Free time activities including nature, archeology, tinfoil boat races, trading post, and more

Lunch provided

Overnight “Adventure Pass” option: Aug.19-21st

Campers may arrive any time between 6pm and 8pm on Friday the 22nd. There will be no program on Friday

After-camp program includes trading post, more swimming, and campfire
-
Campers depart by 11am on Sunday morning. Sunday program includes an interfaith service.

$45/Scout, $40/sibling, $35/parent (this includes the fee for the day camp)

Saturday Breakfast and Supper, and Sunday Breakfast provided.

GSR does not provide tents, Friday supper, Sunday Lunch, or any crackerbarrel

Celebrate an evening with those volunteers who are being honored for their hard work in Scouting this past year.

Wakpaota Awards Potluck Picnic

FOOD: Barbeque cookout, potluck appetizers and dessert.

Wakpaota Fall Camporee
September 30, October 1st and 2nd.

Brush up on your Dutch Oven cooking skills, saddle-up for horse rides, maybe go on a hike or climb the fire tower. Scouts are pre-paid thru their registration fees. Adults are $10 to attend. If you want to do horseback riding there is a $30 charge paid to the Campground.

NOVEMBER 2022
Ten Commandment Hike
Saturday - November 5th
9am-3:30pm
What is the Ten Commandments Hike? - It is Scouts and adults Hiking from one house of worship to another in Rochester. The route this year includes Christ United Methodist, First Presbyterian, Calvary Episcopal, The Mosque, Salvation Army, Co-Cathedral of St John, Greek Orthodox, B'nai Synagogue, St. Mary's Chapel, Church of Christ, and Trinity Lutheran.

Participants will bring sack lunches with a stop at midpoint of hike.
