Where the Fun Begins!

Gamehaven Scout Reservation (aka: GSR) is located in Olmsted County, just southeast of Rochester, Minnesota.

Camping at GSR is a time honored tradition of character development, youth leadership, and adventure. The Council is indebted to the volunteers and seasonal camp staff members who make our camp and programs possible. Their investment of time, passion and steadfastness, enables us to develop the Leaders of Tomorrow.

Camp is open year-round for Cub Scout Packs, Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, Exploring Posts and the public. Gamehaven Scout Reservation is 262 acres of land that is both rugged and hardy. We maintain a Cub Scout camp area for younger Scouts to have adventures during the summer as well as bring family to Saturday Polar Camp adventures in January and February. We also have acres of land for our older Scouts to practice their skills, work on merit badges or get experience with overnight camping.

With a unique supreme program, an experienced, hand-picked staff, and an emphasis on service and satisfaction for those who visit our camp, it's no wonder that GSR camping programs help deliver the promise of Scouting to hundreds of participants each year. We pride ourselves on offering a program for every Scout in each unit, regardless of his age, needs, or goals.
